lobby was welcoming. spacious bed, fine breakfast. nice design, incredible service in the entire hotel. strategic location, not too far from a large shopping center.
Facilities were excellent, even so Wi-Fi was off.

Reasonably clean venue, prime location within 25 minutes' drive of Don Miguel Hidalgo airport. I loved that the double room was very fancy and non-smoking. Bed was great and the bathroom was renovated.

Wanted to explore Guadalajara and this hotel was nice comfy base for doing it. We took a standard queen room and it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a laptop-compatible safe and ironing facilities. Really enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant CANTALOA.

All very clean, nice staff and facilities. Being only a short distance to asador la vaca argentina was nice, we had dinner there. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the twin room, as well as climate control, a safe and a dining area. Nothing to complain about, a great experience, will choose it for sure for next trip.

don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit instituto cultural cabanas. the pool was nice and good for swimming. the beds were comfortable in our room.

You can also visit Casa Bariachi that offers excellent meals. A decent place for exploring Guadalajara. We liked staying at velvet plaza: D
